Once the “LOCK DOWN” was introduced, followed by “UNLOCKING” (SOPs), it was something like going towards a New World and it was humbly termed as the “NEW NORMAL”. Here one cannot interact with the other in reality. Then the term “VIRTUAL” was born with quite a new conception and speculation for the unknown. However people finally got themselves adapted to it. Thanks to the supporting, well-researched, verified & testified processes and developed strategies which could be implemented virtually and that too, in an impactful way without any hindrances for a better understanding. Openness, fearlessness, sharing of positive outlook and developmental concepts came into force that are sure to lead towards the productivity of the Organisation in the short run and long run as well. The virtual facilitator makes all these things happen and ensures the smooth flow of the virtual learning session. Here the facilitator develops multiple ideological methods in an improvised manner in order to cater and fulfill the requirements of the corporate workshops effectively.
